Our Process

Remodeling is an exciting but exhausting experience. To help you gain clarity on what the process will be like, we want to share with you how we tackle each project.

Get Started

Step One

Initial Visit

After scheduling an appointment with us, our designer visits your home to better determine what your style is, how you live in your existing space, and what you hope to change.

Step Two

Plan Created

Our designer then prepares a preliminary plan and scope of work and estimated budget and returns to your home to review with you.

Step Three

You Sign Off

If you desire to move ahead, a retainer is signed and a design deposit is made and your designer begins the hard work of completing the final design and selections with you. Visits are made to cabinet suppliers, plumbing supply showrooms, etc. to make your final selections.

Step Four

We Create A Schedule

Once final products are selected, the proposal is signed and a deposit is made, our staff prepares a written schedule and orders the cabinets and all selected items.

Step Five

Project Completion

When the construction and installation begin, Tom and our trusted team of subcontractors bring your dreams to reality.
